This wee soul was found out in the middle of the clearfell. Only the upper portion of skull was present, no other bones were found, so it is likely it was either carried there by a predator or unearthed during forestry operations. It is a dog skull and due to the size and shape, likely a terrier breed. Who knows how the poor wee beastie ended up where he did; it may be a lost dog, it may have been ditched, it may have been buried in an active forest - we'll never know, but hopefully he was appreciated in life and will find someone who appreciates him now in death. This skull is sold in it's 'as found' state. It has not been whitened, and comes with moss still growing on it. This skull would be absolutely perfect for a living terrarium.
