This vintage Henry Disston is a fine piece for any collector - the medallion indicates that this saw is likely from the period around or just after the Second World War when Disston changed from using the 'Phila' to 'USA' to reflect their international status, calling attention to the country of manufacture rather than just the city. This saw has seen some use, the handle is slightly worn and the blade is rusted, still - she makes for a beautiful, historic piece of home decor.
